En of Love: Tossara follows the story of Gun Tossakan, a popular and handsome medical student who has been secretly harboring feelings for Bar Sarawut, a quiet and studious engineering freshman. Despite their different faculties and social circles, Gun decides to pursue Bar with relentless determination, often using his status and charm to get closer to him. The series explores the classic 'senior-junior' dynamic prevalent in Thai university culture. As Gun navigates the challenges of medical school and his growing feelings, he must also win over the reserved Bar, who is initially hesitant about the sudden attention. The narrative focuses on their budding romance, the obstacles posed by their academic pressures, and the support of their respective friend groups.
