Juvenile Justice follows the story of Shim Eun-seok, a cold and elite judge who harbors a deep-seated hatred for juvenile offenders. Assigned to a local juvenile court, she challenges traditional customs and takes matters into her own hands to determine what it truly means to deliver justice. Her arrival disrupts the status quo, forcing her colleagues to confront the complexities of the legal system and the moral ambiguity of sentencing minors. The series explores the harsh realities of the South Korean juvenile justice system, where the 'Juvenile Act' often protects young offenders from severe punishment. Through a series of intense cases, the show examines the cycle of crime, the influence of family and society, and the struggle between empathy and strict legal retribution. As Eun-seok clashes with her more compassionate colleague Cha Tae-ju, the drama delves into the psychological toll of the courtroom and the difficult quest for redemption.
