Make a Woman Cry

Make a Woman Cry follows the story of Jung Deok-in, a former detective who quit her job after the tragic death of her son. To keep his memory alive, she opens a small snack shop in front of the school he attended, where she becomes a local protector, helping students navigate bullying and personal struggles. Her life takes a complicated turn when she crosses paths with Kang Jin-woo, a high school teacher who is also grieving his own family losses. As their relationship deepens, Deok-in finds herself entangled in the complex and often toxic dynamics of Jin-woo's wealthy, influential family. The drama explores themes of maternal love, the burden of past trauma, and the difficult process of forgiveness. As secrets about her son's death are slowly unveiled, Deok-in must confront the people responsible for her pain while deciding if she can find happiness again.
