My Ambulance follows the complex relationship between Peng, a dedicated emergency room doctor, and Tantawan, his girlfriend of 15 years. Tantawan possesses a magical ability that allows her to summon Peng to her side instantly whenever she calls for him, acting as a literal ambulance. However, the strain of Peng's demanding career and his lack of emotional availability begins to erode their bond, leading Tantawan to question if their connection is based on love or merely habit. The situation becomes even more complicated when a young man named Chalam, an intern who bears a striking resemblance to a younger Peng, enters the picture. As Tantawan begins to develop feelings for Chalam, she discovers that he might also share her supernatural ability. The series explores themes of destiny, the sacrifices made in the medical profession, and the painful process of letting go when a long-term relationship reaches its expiration date.
