Overview

Set in an alternate 21st-century South Korea that still retains its imperial royal family, Princess Hours follows the story of an ordinary high school art student, Chae Kyung, who is suddenly thrust into a royal marriage with the aloof Crown Prince Lee Shin. Bound by a secret pact made by their grandfathers, the couple must navigate the suffocating rules, ancient traditions, and fierce political intrigues of the palace. As Chae Kyung struggles to adapt to her new life as Crown Princess, she finds herself caught in a complex love triangle involving her rigid husband and the charming, exiled Prince Lee Yul, who returns to claim both the throne and the girl he believes rightfully belongs to him.
