School 2017

School 2017 is a coming-of-age drama set within the high-pressure environment of Geumdo High School, where students are strictly ranked according to their exam grades. Ra Eun-ho is a cheerful, webtoon-loving student with low grades who dreams of dating her college crush, but struggles to fit into the rigid academic hierarchy. Meanwhile, the school is thrown into chaos by a mysterious vigilante known as 'Student X', who pulls elaborate pranks to expose the corruption and unfair treatment within the administration. The narrative follows Eun-ho as she is falsely accused of being Student X, alongside Hyun Tae-won, a rebellious and wealthy delinquent harboring a painful past, and Song Dae-hwi, the school's seemingly perfect student council president who cracks under the weight of his family's expectations. Together, the trio navigate the harsh realities of the South Korean education system, bullying, corruption, and the pressures of youth, ultimately forming a bond that challenges the status quo and helps them discover their true identities.
